3. Chauffeur Responsibilities

All chauffeurs providing services via the 911Limo platform are independent contractors. As such, they are responsible for:

• Maintaining valid licenses, insurance, and certifications required for their transportation services.
• Ensuring the safety and security of their vehicles.
• Complying with local laws and regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

911Limo acts solely as a technology platform to connect passengers with independent chauffeurs. By using 911Limo’s services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• 911Limo does not provide transportation services and is not responsible for the actions of chauffeurs or passengers.
• 911Limo is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during transportation services provided by chauffeurs.
• Chauffeurs are fully responsible for ensuring safe driving practices and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage.
• In the event of an accident, any claims or disputes regarding damages or liability will be handled between the passenger, the chauffeur, and their respective insurance providers.

5. Insurance and Coverage

All chauffeurs using the 911Limo platform are required to have valid personal and commercial vehicle insurance coverage. Passengers are encouraged to verify the credentials of their chauffeurs before accepting any ride. 911Limo does not assume responsibility for verifying the insurance status of chauffeurs beyond initial compliance checks.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 911Limo, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the platform or services, including, but not limited to, legal fees, expenses, and any liability arising from accidents or incidents involving chauffeurs.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a passenger and a chauffeur regarding an accident or any other issue, 911Limo will not be held responsible. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local laws and regulations governing transportation services.

8. Changes to Terms

911Limo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
